In line with the understanding of sustainability, we provide training to our employees in order to raise their awareness and contribute to their development and ensure that they take an active role at every stage.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY
• We evaluate the environmental impact and size of our activities within the framework of legal regulations and work to minimize our impact.
• We evaluate our waste at the purchasing stage to reduce it at its source.
• We separate our waste according to their groups and hazard classes in the most effective way. We deliver our waste to licensed companies that are suitable for their classes.
• We aim to reduce the amount of waste.
• We provide training to our personnel on waste separation, zero waste, etc., and organize events on these issues to raise awareness among our guests.
• We carry out the necessary infrastructure work for the effective use of our natural resources and aim to reduce it by regularly monitoring it.
• We raise awareness among our guests and employees about the conscious use of our natural resources.
OUR PURCHASING POLICY
• We contribute to the protection of nature by choosing the materials we buy for our hotel that have “recycled” and “environmentally friendly” labels.
• We contribute to the regional economy by sourcing products/goods from local suppliers, and we aim to continuously increase the rate of our local suppliers by following them.
• We are sensitive about not buying species that are prohibited from hunting (tuna, etc.) outside of the dates determined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
OUR CULTURAL AWARENESS POLICY
• It ensures that local culture, traditions and customs are protected; it does not allow for discriminatory behaviors regarding views, ethnic origins, beliefs and groups to be prevented. We know that the administration, which comes to be packaged for unnecessary purposes, contributes to regional development with its different cultures and shows hospitality.
• Within the scope of our activities, we hold meetings to take local characteristics, features and regional characteristics into consideration, and separate the communication channel openly.
• We work together with the local people to help each other, to protect historical and cultural assets, and to support the protection of the natural structure.
• We support all our members in introducing the food, activities, culture and traditions in the region (religious-cultural places, natural riches, biodiversity, etc.), and we provide training to our staff and inform students.
• We know our geography and local epidemics well, respect historical values and traditions; we make economic, social and cultural developments.
• We develop/contribute to social projects that will contribute to the social and economic development of the society and local participants, and to local employment.
OUR ACCESSIBILITY POLICY
• We carry out our activities by considering the convenience of individuals with special needs (disabled, children, etc.) to access our products and services.
• We constantly monitor and measure our practices and goals in our sustainability management system and initiate, plan and finalize our corrective actions when necessary.
• We care about accessibility, health and safety standards for all our guests, staff and visitors with special needs, physical sensitivities and difficulties and organize the environments where they spend their holidays or work in line with these standards.
